Add contacts from Gia to HubSpot or Pipedrive with one click — auto-enriched.

How It Works

Add to CRM — Pre-Populated Contact

Show the Add to CRM modal with auto-populated fields (name, email, company) and the Fetch Email / enrich button.

1. Go to Audience → Signals and find the contact
2. Click Add to CRM
3. Gia pre-populates details — click to enrich email if missing
4. Confirm and push

Go to CRM → Contacts → Advanced Filters and add: Record Source Detail 1 → is equal to → GIA HubSpot.

Converting to Marketing Contacts

By default, pushed contacts are non-marketing (HubSpot charges per marketing contact). To enroll in sequences:

1. Select the contacts to convert
2. Click More → Set as Marketing Contacts
3. Confirm — HubSpot adds them to your marketing tier
