Go to Settings → Preferences → Signals → Competitors and add your best customers, partners, and connectors alongside actual competitors.

The Referral Workflow

  1. Go to Signals and filter by ICP fit + engaged with your referrer's profile
  2. Identify ICP-fit prospects engaging with your customer — they likely know each other
  3. Write the ask: include specific names, an easy out, and a copy-paste intro blurb
  4. Time it right — after a milestone, when the client is happy
