Step 1: Work Your Growth Inbox Daily
Gia surfaces ~10 people to reach out to each day. For each person you'll see why they're a good fit and a pre-drafted email.
Two options: Use the AI draft as-is, or swap in a saved template you know converts.
Step 2: Create High-Converting Email Templates
Go to Manage Templates → Add:
- Keep the subject casual — it should feel like an internal email
- Lead with value — offer something useful before asking
- Use the permission ask — "I put this together for you — want me to send it over?"
- Use personalization tokens — {{first_name}} and reference their company
Step 3: Send Outreach
Email Path
- Select a contact from Growth Inbox
- Choose your template (or edit the AI draft)
- If email isn't on file, click Fetch Email
- Hit Send — Gia adds them to Prospects automatically
LinkedIn Path
- Click the LinkedIn icon on the contact
- Send a connection request without a note (30–40% higher acceptance)
- Once accepted, use Gia to draft a personalized LinkedIn message
- Come back and log the activity
Pro tip: If you share a mutual connection, drop their name in your outreach — it significantly boosts response rates.
Step 4: Tag and Track in Prospects

Step 5: Push to CRM After the First Meeting
- Go to Signals → sort by recent activity to find the contact
- Click Add to CRM — Gia pre-populates and pushes to HubSpot
- In HubSpot, go to Deals → Create Deal
- Name the deal (e.g. "Van - Annual Contract"), set the stage, associate the contact
- Click Create
